Customer Service is located in the Memorial Mall Management office and is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Staff is available to answer questions as well as provide services such as wheelchairs, lost and found, lock rental for the lockers, and Memorial Mall Gift Cards.  Free wireless internet access is proviced by excel.net in the Center Court area and in the Lighthouse Play Zone.
